WARRANTIES
UNLIMITED WARRANTY: The Premium Smart Mat, Economy Smart Mat, Foot Wedge, and Footsie Roll sold by OiC Innovations are covered by an unlimited warranty for the first 30 days from the date of receipt. Purchasers may return the product for any reason during that time for a full refund or replacement. If the product was purchased from a Distributor or Reseller, please contact the place of purchase for their return policy.
5 YEAR PREMIUM SMART MAT LIMITED WARRANTY: OiC Innovations warrants to the original purchaser of the Premium Smart Mat that this product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase. "Normal conditions" means that the Premium Smart Mat is used in an indoor environment in accordance with the care instructions provided with the product. This Limited Warranty excludes damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, chemical spills or negligence including failure to follow the Care Instructions included with the product. At the sole discretion of OiC Innovations the mat will be replaced, repaired or a refund given. Prorated depreciation will be taken each year after the first year for the remaining years of the Limited Warranty. ECONOMY SMART MAT LIMITED WARRANTY: OiC Innovations warrants to the original purchaser of the Economy Smart Mat that this product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. "Normal conditions" means that the Economy Smart Mat is used in an indoor environment in accordance with the care instructions provided with the product. This Limited Warranty excludes damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, chemical spills or negligence including failure to follow the Care Instructions included with the product. At the sole discretion of OiC Innovations the mat will be replaced, repaired or a refund given. If the Economy Smart Mat was purchased from a Distributor or Reseller, please contact the place of purchase for their return policy.
RETURN POLICY AND RESTOCKING FEE:
A $15 restocking fee will apply to all returns and the purchaser will be responsible for return shipping. If OiC Innovations determines the return is attributed to a warranted defect, the restocking fee will be waived and the purchaser will be reimbursed for return shipping at the least expensive shipping method and rate. Call first for a return authorization code.
DISCLAIMER/WARNING:
As with all floor mats, The Premium Smart Mat and the Economy Smart Mat create a raised surface and care should be taken to avoid tripping. Care should be taken when stepping on, off, walking past or over the mat. Purchaser assumes all risk of liability and damages due to the improper use of the product.
